In the town of St-Victor, the mayor is proud of the economic vigour and discipline of his townspeople. He rejoices in the energy of his community, giving all the credit for this happy situation to one individual: his rooster. Every day, during the week, on weekends and holidays, the mayor’s beloved rooster wakes up the townspeople with his loud crowing at four in the morning. But some folks are getting sick of him. A plot is hatched to do away with the rooster. But after his disappearance, a rescue team comes together to save the endangered fowl.
