The Web sites www.10ave.com<\/a> www.theroosterofstvictor.ca<\/a> and www.theroosterofstvictor.com<\/a>, (\u201c10Sites\u201d), as well as the information and materials provided through them including without limitation texts, music, images, logos, icons, and mobile applications (collectively the \u201cMaterials\u201d), are owned by 10th<\/sup> Ave Productions Inc. (\u201c10th<\/sup> AVE\u201d) and are protected by Canada and international copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property laws. 10th<\/sup> AVE\u2019s mobile applications are licensed not sold.\u00a0 For some of the applications, the license is not available on a free basis. The 10Sites and the Materials may only be used by you and your children for private or personal purposes. Any use thereof, in whole or in part, for any and all other purposes, (including without limitation resale, licensing, downloading, rental, on-line distribution and display), is expressly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal sanctions under the legislative provisions in force. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conceding you any license or right in the intellectual property of the 10Sites and Materials.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\u00a0<\/strong> 2. MOBILES APPLICATIONS <\/strong><\/p>\n

The 10th<\/sup> AVE mobile applications are for kids aged 6-9 years. Their use is allowed under a non-transferrable and non exclusive license by 10th<\/sup> AVE.\u00a0 Access to some of the mobile applications is free (\u201cFree Apps.\u201d). And for others, the license is subject to its purchase pursuant to paragraph 2.1 below (\u201cPayable Apps.\u201d).<\/p>\n

2.1 Payable Apps.\u00a0 \u2013<\/strong> The license for the use of Payable Apps. is subject to its purchase by you via the link AppStore and Google play. It authorizes the downloading of the selected applications for the personal use of your children. The license so purchased does not convey you any right in the intellectual property of the selected applications nor does it concede any permission or right to reproduce, modify, distribute, display and exploit them in whole or in part, on-line or otherwise, on a free or commercial basis.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

3. PRIVACY POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n

This Privacy Policy applies only to the 10Sites and Materials and describes the type of information collected by 10th<\/sup> AVE.<\/p>\n

3.1\u00a0<\/strong>Personally Identifiable Information<\/strong> \u2013 <\/strong>No registration is required from visitors to the 10Sites. 10th<\/sup> AVE does not collect any personal information from you and your children with its Free Apps. Personally identifiable information includes, but is not limited to, name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, and credit card information.<\/p>\n

3.2 Non-personally Identifiable Information<\/strong> \u2013 Mainly through third party analytic software, 10th<\/sup> AVE may collect and store certain non-personally identifiable information.\u00a0 This information helps 10th<\/sup> AVE improve the experience you have with those sites. Non-personally identifiable information includes, but is not limited to, your IP address, browser information and reference site domain, as well as related information such as the date on which you visit the 10Sites.\u00a0This information does not identify you personally. 10th<\/sup> AVE uses \u201ccookies\u201d and similar technologies. \u00a0Cookies are text files which store your preferences and may identify your browser. You can generally prevent cookies from being used by changing the settings in your web browser.\u00a0 This might, however, affect the proper usage of the 10Sites.<\/p>\n

3.3 Link to External Sites \u2013 <\/strong>As previously stated, this Privacy Policy only applies to the 10Sites, which may contain links and\/or connections to third-party websites or services.\u00a0 10th<\/sup> AVE is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party websites linked to or from the 10Sites. The browsing and interaction on any other websites is subject to that website\u2019s own rules and policies.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

4.\u00a0<\/strong>ACCEPTANCE <\/strong><\/p>\n

By visiting or using the 10Sites and Materials, you signify your agreement to the above mentioned Privacy Policy and conditions. If you do not agree to that policy and to those conditions, please do not use the 10Sites.\u00a0 10th<\/sup> AVE \u00a0reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this policy at any time.\u00a0Modifications will posted on this page.
