Maison 4:3 and 10th<\/sup> Ave Productions are proud to announce that F\u00e9lix et le tr\u00e9sor de Morg\u00e4a<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0(Felix and the Treasure of Morg\u00e4a)<\/strong>, directed by Nicola Lemay and written by Marc Robitaille, will be released in all of Quebec\u2019s operating cinemas starting February 26<\/strong>. Maison 4:3 is eager to celebrate Quebec\u2019s film industry and the upcoming re-opening of cinemas by offering the public a 100% Quebec-made animated film for March Break. Produced by Nancy Florence Savard (10th<\/sup> Ave Productions), F\u00e9lix et le tr\u00e9sor de Morg\u00e4a<\/strong>\u00a0has been adapted by \u00c9dith Bourget into a book inspired by the film\u2019s screenplay.<\/p>\n\n

F\u00c9LIX ET LE TR\u00c9SOR DE MORG\u00c4A<\/strong> features the talents of Gabriel Lessard <\/strong>(Felix), Karine Vanasse <\/strong>(Morg\u00e4a\/Madeleine) who also voices the same character in the English version, Guy Nadon<\/strong> (Tom) and Marc Labr\u00e8che<\/strong> (Klaus). SYNOPSIS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Twelve-year-old Felix is convinced that his father, who disappeared at sea two years ago, is still alive. So Felix sets out to find his dad, accompanied by Old Tom, a retired sailor; Squawk, a one-legged parrot; and Rover, a cat who acts like a dog. Their quest takes them to Darkshadow Island, where, in an underground city, a secret society is ruled over by the megalomaniacal Morg\u00e4a, possessor of a unique treasure.<\/em><\/p>\n\n

OPENING THE FIFEM<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

F\u00c9LIX ET LE TR\u00c9SOR DE MORG\u00c4A<\/strong> will also be opening the FIFEM (Montreal International Children\u2019s Film Festival) with a special presentation: an invitation-only virtual preview screening on Sunday, February 21. Twenty-five families will have a chance to attend this screening by participating in a contest that will be launched on the FIFEM Facebook Page<\/a> in the next few days.<\/p>\n\n
